Someone once said, ~Love is like a lock. You have to get the right key to open it.~ Without a doubt, it most definitely takes the right key to open the lock of someone's heart that is filled with tremendous amounts of love just waiting to be shared with someone absolutely special. For it's a tough situation indeed in trying to figure out what is considered to be the right key when it comes to matters of the heart, especially if you're a guy doing his very best in going about it the right way. Yet, it begs the question is there even a right way? Thinking about it, if a guy has genuinely real intentions for the particular woman of interest then he'll take the time to open each and every lock located within a woman's heart, which she'll truly appreciate.

The key to a woman's heart. Every guy has heard of it and has seemingly spent a lifetime trying to figure out how to open an oftentimes complicated lock. Essentially, each lock is a representation of trust, respect, faith, hope, intimacy, honesty, understanding, compassion, patience, love, commitment, communication, etc. Of course, it's not easy whatsoever to open the locks representing aspects of utmost importance regarding a strong, worthwhile, significant relationship. What it primarily comes down to is being able to successfully use one master key, in a manner of speaking, rather than failing in trying to use countless keys that don't end up correctly opening every individual lock or none at all.

If you think about it, there are certain "gentlemen" who don't have the time or patience and would much rather use a lock pick to open a certain female's heart instead of taking the time to get to know her. It's a sad state of affairs when some females are blinded by what they believe is love but unfortunately suffer utter heartbreak and don't see it coming until it's too late. You see, the betrayal they've endured can leave lasting effects. It's those effects in which it leads them to place stronger locks representing anger, hatred, confusion, frustration, depression, disappointment, utter contempt, spite, bitterness, loneliness, sadness, etc. within their heart to the point where it may become quite difficult to open up for quite some time or quite possibly never.

For the question can be asked to you ladies out there who are now in a significantly strong, worthwhile relationship, did your best friend for life open each lock within your heart all at once or one at a time? As I said before, if a guy has genuinely real intentions then he'll take the time to open each and every lock located within a woman's heart, which she'll truly appreciate. I think it's safe to say, when it comes to the verbal aspect of a worthwhile relationship, a woman has a much deeper appreciation for a guy who can listen and give feedback so much so there is stronger connection between one another. The art of conversation reveals so much and it eventually opens individual locks without even realizing it for her, causing a smile of true happiness not only in their heart, but face as well.

In retrospect, it's hard for any woman to believe these days for a guy to say they have the key to their heart because experience has taught them it's not the case. Unfortunately, there comes a point where a certain number of females have either metaphorically changed so many times over or added on locks in order to try to protect themselves from getting personally, mentally, emotionally, and/or physically hurt ever again. A mistake that tends to happen when it involves the same wrong guy. Fortunately, take solace that the right key and guy is out there. In the end, I say to you ladies still waiting patiently you'll one day find yourself meeting and inevitably talking with a guy who makes you believe love/true love does in fact exist to where you hear the internal click of each one by one being unlocked within your heart.
