Each one of us has a talent that's considered a gift from God. The abilities that He has given to a particular person as young kids can ultimately entertain, as well as, put a smile on people's faces. It's been said that certain people were born to do certain things in life. Yet, can a person really determine where he or she is meant solely on one's talent? Someone once said that a person who predicts what one's life will be in the future can sometimes find that there is something much better for him or her elsewhere.
One can make assumption after assumption of what his or her life will be like based on their abilities. It can be somewhat of an embarrassing sight when a person's ego can get the better of him or her. It can be seen in the young, up and coming professional athletes where careers, which have just started, can end in a snap of a finger. Sometimes a person foresees a future that has never happened yet or probably will never happen. It mainly depends on how one carries themselves as one seeks to fulfill his or her future.
In a way, a person sees the pieces of his or her future and tries to put them together. If compared to, it would be like putting together a jigsaw puzzle that will determine the who, what, where, and when of one's life. But it can be really unclear which pieces go where because like a puzzle, life can get all jumbled up and confusion can set in. One can get easily confused on what path to take because one wrong turn could lead to disaster. It's just a matter of keeping a level head and simply working from the outside in.
Inevitably, a person can change the course of his or her own unforeseen future. Whether it be a tiny insignificant event or something big, it can most definitely change the direction of where one wants to go in life. In a way, it can be decided for you or you can decide for yourself. In some cases, the other direction that it leads to is something totally different in which one never really expected to go. A destination in which one can end up absolutely happy and content at where he or she has ended up.
One must control his or her path in life, and not let that path control you. It's somewhat like the blockbuster movie The Matrix in which Keanu Reeves' character Neo is told he is not "The One." Sometimes we must hear the supposed truth in order to fulfill what we are meant to do in life. Think about this, one's thoughts will become words; one's words will become actions; one's actions will become habits; one's habits will become character; and in the end one's character will become that person's destiny.
