Best Of You

Someone once said, ~The power of love can bring a grown man to his knees in tears, can bring an icy woman to melt down. The power of love can bring light to the darkest night and soothe the beast. The power of love is binding and can make tight the world and make the weak strong.~ One of the greatest mysteries about love is that it brings out qualities in a person who either hasn't shown them at all or hasn't shown at all due one's social status and have someone fall for you. Every person has those unique qualities within themselves that make us absolutely special and attractive in our very own way; but it takes that one truly special someone to bring it completely out in the open for him or her to see.

Yet, it can sometimes be intimidating fo a person to strike up a conversation with someone who he or she is attracted to at first. Why is that? For the most part its due to our own fear; but the question is what are we so afraid of in the first place that we don't risk walking up to someone that you don't know or telling someone that you've known for quite some time that you would like to go out with that person or better case scenerio tell that person you love him or her. For the most part, its better to risk your heart and show the qualities that will gradually reveal themselves through time, which will show how truly special one is, than to never have taken the risk and kept hidden the qualities from that guy or girl. In the long run, the greatest reward that are ever exchanged is two human hearts that are in love with each other.

Essentially, its withing those qualities that you tend to act and feel like a kid again. For it can bring someone new life, new energy, as well as, a new attitude when you are around or with that certain someone. Who among us hasn't acted hyperactive that one is perceived as a complete dork to where we probably smacked our heads against something without even looking. Hey' its that adrenaline rush that gets you pumped up and makes you do wacky things. Its kind of like how tom Cruise is when he is around Katie Holmes or when her name is mentioned to him; but its little more toned down than that and whether or not you jump on top of furniture is all really up to you.

Let me ask you this question, what qualities make you a prime candidate to be great boyfriend or girlfriend for someone out there who wants to be or maybe looking to be attached? Oftentimes with that question being asked so many times its somewhat like going through a job interview, only its not your qualifications that he or she is actually looking at. For its what you can fully give with your own heart added with that the trustworthiness, honesty, affection you continually give to that person, plus dependability, openness of mind, a pinch of humor and what you have is an equation to a formula of an outstanding relationship tat exceeds far beyond you and that particular person's expectations.

In retrospect, its not so much the qualities that you bring to the table, so to speak, that make you worthy of that guy or girl's heart or attention. As a matter of fact, its the way you use the qualities that keeps a smile on his or her face through the good times and through the bad times as well. We all have are own special qualities about ourselves; but the ones that we don't see are seen by people or by that one person who sees who you truly are deep inside your heart. Without a doubt, love has that special power to change people, change lives, and change the way he or she feels about love. In the end, when it comes to love its the ties that bind one heart to another and what the eyes of a person's heart will see through time is the best of you.
