The Biggest Impression

As it has been said so many times before, life can be considered a beach, for the footprints left behind can leave either temporary or lasting impressions. If you think about it, potential and/or significant relationships can fit into this particular subject. Let me ask you this question, how you ever met anyone that totally made, if any, an impression on you? If he or she did, how long did it last? In a way, it's the things that a person doesn't do that can leave an impression on a person and can bring two people together.

One of those things that a person doesn't do that can make an impression is not forgetting to notice the little things that can sometimes seem insignificant. Such little things as a noticing a hair cut, mainly for a women, and giving a compliment that brings a smile to her face that is considered best payment a guy can receive. It can also be extends to trying to make her laugh when she feels that like has kicked her to the curb. Leaving that seemingly small impressions of kindness that will never be forgetten as time goes by.

In some aspects what one doesn't do is in the quality of one's character that makes an impression on a person. One such character quality is never treating a women with disrespect, for they should be treated with the respect and dignity that they deserve. It's been said, that chivalry is dead, which in my opinion, it's just hibernating and waiting for that proverbial wake up call to be sounded. Though rarely seen, but still being practiced it's another seemingly small impression that is left will be remembered as well.

Taking someone for granted is the one thing that a person doesn't do, whether it be a man or a women. There have been many failed relationships where a guy or girl couldn't hold on to that person because one can become literally stupid for not cherishing what he or she has in front of him or her. Did you are have you known anyone in this particular situation or you yourself have been in this situation? It's just a matter of paying attention on a semi-constant basis which will leave a lasting impression on that guy or girl.

If you think about it, a person can make so many impressions on the sandy beaches of our life, that he or she doesn't realize how significant those impression are. Each of us met strangers that later down the road became friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, husbands and/or wives and it's one's first impressions that made all the difference. In retrospect, each of us will meet that one person who will ultimately will leave the biggest impression in our lives and that big impression will be made and felt in one's own heart.
