100% Guaranteed

On a day to day basis, a person can have one of those days where life can just literally beat you down mentally and physically. Oftentimes one can ask himself or herself why it's happening to them and will it ever end? In a way, one can feel like Bill Murray in the movie Groundhog Day, where he wakes up and relives the same day over and over again. If you think about it, there are certain ways one can work out his or her aggressions without resorting to mass homicides running rampant.

One such way to work out one's aggressions is through exercise. Exercise such as martial arts, running, boxing, lifting weights, etc. can, in a way, strip away the frustrations of daily life like tearing a piece of paper in half. For if a person could put a face on life itself, one would put it on a punching bag and continually beat the living crap out of it till his or her hands started bleeding. In some ways, sweating out one's own problems can make you feel better, but they are still with you like a shadow.

A person can also take out his or her frustrations of daily life through art. Art is basically self expression, a person basically creates something by how he or she feels at the particular time. If you look at certain people's works of art, you can get somewhat of an idea how that person felt creating it. Emotions such as anger, depression, happiness, love, sadness, etc. can be seen in many pictures. Once a person has a pencil, paintbrush, or hammer and chisel in his or her hand, the party is about to begin so to speak.

Music can have a calming effect on a person that was beaten down by life itself. In a way, one can be in the zone as he or she writes and performs songs or listens to them. It evokes emotions that in some way gradually release the tensions that one is feeling. Think about this, once one finishes performing a song that he or she has written or listened to, that person is relaxed and ready to take on the word yet again. In the immortal words of WWE superstar The Rock, one can say to life itself, "JUST BRING IT!"

In retrospect, there are many different ways for a person to release one's aggressions of daily life. Every person wants that sense of peace when life can just get out of hand. For a person like myself, drawing, listening to music, and writing my thoughts down can put me in a state of calm that only certain people understand. In the end, ways of releasing tension can be like therapy, it's 100% guaranteed that you will feel better than you have ever felt before in mind, body, and soul.
