Checkmate

The relationship between men and women are similar and yet they are also different. For men, non verbal communication is the norm and acts of mere stupidity rule supreme and thinking with one side of the brain. For women, verbal communication is constant and always thinking with both sides of the brain.

Both men and women are an enigma, women more so than men. Both are a puzzle of sorts where each side tries to piece together a complete picture of the other. Some pieces may fit perfectly and some pieces may not fit at all. Some pieces may be missing and some pieces may be broken or torn.

You just have to work with what you got. The list of differences outweigh the list of similarities between the sexes. Yet, it is those differences that attract people to each other. In retrospect, the relationship between men and women can be compared to a game of chess. Each move that is made is critical and may determine ultimate victory or ultimate defeat.

It's a matter of making each move count, utilizing sound strategy, and predicting your opponents next move. In the end, when success is at hand, he or she can claim the right to say..........CHECKMATE!
