25 years have passed thus far. The past 25 years have had its ups and downs and highs and lows. Ultimately the highs have outweighed the lows. With looking to the past there is always the possibility of regrets.
My regrets are none for it was a learning experience, like a ride on a mammoth roller coaster. Like life, there is a fork in the road in which many have crossed paths before. Take the road less traveled and suffer minor scrapes and bruises or take the treacherous road and be prepared for a fight.
Though choosing the easy road would be tempting, I am not one to take the easy road. Challenges have been placed before me and to suffer the proverbial black eye would be worth it. The journey of life is an unpredictable and winding road. There may be U-turns and potholes that will make me stumble but I will stay on the path chosen for me.
To infinity and beyond, what will the next 25 years hold for me in the future? It's a crazy thing about life, you have a front row seat to experience it live.
